The specs for the HTC One M9 have been leaked, and from what we have seen consumers will once again be delighted. The Prime will be an extension of the HTC One M9, but with unique features. The exotic surround consisting of a composite liquid silicone and aluminum will be the focal point as it will truly be appealing to the naked eye. The phones interior will share many of the same specs as the HTC One M9 including the processor, RAM, memory, and display.

The HTC One M9 Prime will be slightly larger as it will boast an amazing 5.5” Ultra HD 2K display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560. Costing about $100 more than the standard M9 and a release date that is rumored to be the same. Larger markets will start seeing the Prime by the end of March, and will be released worldwide by the end of April.

LG G4

The LG G4 is what so many people are already talking about, and it’s easy to see why when looking at the success of the G3. The LG G4 concept looks to build on the same success while adding many new premium features. A waterproof design, shockproof sensors, optical image stabilization, and a dustproof display.

Probably the single most talked about feature is the 20.7 MP front camera. With the OIS, the front camera features will be one of the best of any of the upcoming 2015 smartphones cameras including the Sony Xperia Z4. Sony has always been viewed as the best when it comes to camera specs, and it will be interesting to see how the LG G4 camera rates.

Other LG G4 specs rumored are an 808 quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 2.7 ghz processor, 4 GB of RAM, four or five launch color options, and an external memory option to 128 MB. All this and so much more is expected to be made official at the MWC event in Barcelona in March which should set up a late March 2015 release date.

LG G Flex 2

The LG G Flex 2 is once again expected to push the envelope on smartphone innovation. The original LG G Flex bendable display is expected to bend to a full 90 degrees in the second LG G Flex 2 release which should be early 2015. More on the concept is expected to be made official at the CES event late January 2015 which should set up a mid-February release date.

While we are patiently awaiting the official LG announcement, we have much insight into the specs and features. The display is expected to be downsized from 6 inches to 5.7, and will sport a full HD display. An octa-core processor has been rumored, but a quad-core 2.5 ghz processor is more realistic. A 4000 mAh battery, a 13 MP Ultra HD rear camera, 3.5 MP Ultra HD rear camera, and will feature the new Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system preinstalled.

Samsung Galaxy S6

What would a 2015 Smartphones preview be without the next coming in the famed Galaxy S series? The next installment inevitably to be called the Samsung Galaxy S6 will be here by mid-April 2015. There has been rumors for a late March Galaxy S6 release date, and in markets such as Korea, China, and Japan this is highly likely.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 specs will feature a Super Amoled 5.2” 2K display. The screen resolution will feature 2 times that of full HD, and is expected to be one of the best 2015 Android smartphones for sure. As Samsung looks to get back to high end sales as the current Galaxy S5 sales were quite disappointing.

The optical image stabilization feature will surely return, and will compliment a 21 MP rear camera. We have been hearing rumors of a rear camera with as much as 28 megapixels to rival that of any other Android smartphone release in 2015. 4 GB of RAM, fingerprint scanner, and the same typical sensors found in any premium flagship will be seen.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 looks to be bigger than ever, and it doesn’t stop with the lifelike Phablet display. The 5.7” Super Amoled display is rumored to be the first octa-core display of any of the best 2015 Android smartphones featured. A Snapdragon Qualcomm 810 octa-core processor will make it possible for the 4K display which will be more than 4 times that of true HD.

Memory, security, speed, and precision will all be 5 star rated as the Note 5 concept looks impressive. The faux leather backing is rumored to be replaced with a full metal body, and there has been minimal discussion on a retina eye scanner.

The Galaxy Note 5 price is rumored to be one of the most expensive as the US price may top $1000 for the full price. Contract pricing will be available, but will still be around $399 on release day. We should see the official announcement by mid-September which would set up a late September 2015 to mid-October release date.

Sony Xperia Z4

The Sony Xperia Z4 release date is still somewhat of a mystery. Sony has been releasing two Xperia smartphones per year, but the recent rumors says that this will change with the Xperia Z4. Some still believe we will see the Z4 during the second quarter of 2015, while more realistic info suggests an early 4th quarter 2015 release.

The price will be comparable to other upcoming 2015 Android smartphones, and may in fact be slightly less. As Sony looks to recoup some of the losses with the previous two Xperia smartphones, giving consumers more than just specs is the way to do it.

Some of what we are expecting to see is an octa-core processor and three different Xperia Z4 smartphone versions. This has been one of the most intriguing Android smartphone rumors for 2015 as there is believed to be a Sony Xperia Z4 Compact, Sony Xperia Z4, and a Phablet like Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra. The Ultra will be one of the biggest 2015 Android smartphones at 6.1 inches.
