New rumors are coming in on the specs for the 3rd generation Moto X which is showing us that Motorola is looking for something much more in the new concept, and we’re not talking about the size. The Moto X (3rd Gen) specs are looking good, and the idea of more comes with rumors on micro SD card support.
Motorola has neglected some of its previous flagships with expandable memory options, but as consumers need instead of want the more memory, SD card options have become a necessity. The Moto X (3rd Gen) specs suggest not one, but to micro SD card slots will be coming which will be a welcomed addition for consumers.
It also seems we’ll see a 5.2” Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440, 4GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, and a 3280 mAh battery. Both cameras are rumored to be getting a slight upgrade including a 16MP rear, and 5MP front camera. There will be two memory options including 32 and 64GB handset.
While the above is yet to be confirmed, they seem to be pretty consistent with the latest leaks surrounding the 2015 Motorola Moto X 3rd gen specs. We’re expecting the official announcement to come in September which is likely to set up a worldwide launch this August.
