The rumors are in, and already consumers are embracing what seems to be the premium version of the Meizu MX5. The Pro version brings much of what the standard model brings, but adds a whole lot more comparing it to some of the other premium smartphones out right now. Rumors on the Meizu MX5 Pro are giving consumer something to look forward to as we look towards the end of the June launch in most markets worldwide.
New Meizu MX5 Pro rumors suggest we’ll see a Phablet-sized 6” full HD display. Believed to sport a resolution of 1440 x 2560, the MX5 Pro will be comparable to other high-end handsets. A fingerprint scanner is almost a guarantee as it was featured in the current MX4, but it’s unknown if it will be featured in the standard model.
Meizu is likely to go with an Exynos 64-bit octa-core processor in the Pro version. We’ve been hearing rumors on a MediaTek processor, although it’s being reported that both models will have different processors. We’re also hearing a 4000 mAh battery and 4GB RAM will be featured in the premium version.
We’ll keep you updated on both versions of the Meizu MX5 including what most believe will be the official announcement by the end of this month.
