New Huawei Honor 7 release date rumors are in and consumers looking forward to the follow-up to the popular Honor 6 won’t have to wait much longer. According to the latest info out of China, the long-awaited Honor 7 release date is expected to be by the end of June. While this has yet to be confirmed, it’s pretty consistent with what we’ve been hearing all along.
Little is known on the specs and features, but customary of what we do best we have the latest leaks on things to come. Expected to feature a fingerprint sensor, metal design, along with other premium specs including:
- 5” HD display
- 950 Kirin octa-core processor
- 3GB RAM
- 13MP rear camera with optical image stabilization
- 3280 mAh battery
There are also numerous leaks in on the premium version of the Honor 7 which looks to be called the Huawei Honor 7 Plus. The Phablet sized variant is rumored to boast a full 5.5” QHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and gets a bump up in power with a Kirin 950 octa-core processor. The Honor 7 Plus is expected to launch shortly later this year, and hopefully before Q4.
While no official Huawei Honor 7 Plus price has been announced, it’s likely to be launched for 1999 Yuan, while the 7 Plus will surely be more around 2700 Yuan.
