One of the all-time tech giants is finally taking a dive into the wonderful world of smartphones, and its first release aims to appeal to those looking for a quality device, without having to break the bank.
The Kodak IMF Android smartphone is expected to appeal to camera enthusiasts as the long-time great has become synonymous with high quality photography. This is where the camera specs of the Kodak IMF come into play as the rear 13 MP camera and front 5 MP camera will compete with other upcoming releases.
Kodak IMF Price to appeal to Appeal to Budget Minded Consumers
Kodak is banking on the branding of the name itself to help them crack into the already over-crowded smartphone market. With the IMF, the specs are less than superior, but the budget minded consumer will surely appreciate the price.
With a Kodak IMF price that is only expecting to be around $250 here in the US, and 299 EUROS, consumers will definitely appreciate that.
Kodak IMF Specs and Features
The official specs and features have been made official during the launch at CES, and all are representative of a budget-minded smartphone. Featuring a 5” screen display with a resolution of 720 x 1280, it won’t be the best looking display on the market. The Kodak IMF release will feature the Android 4.4.4 operating system, but will be upgradeable to the new 5.0.1 shortly after. Only one memory option will be available as the IMF will feature 8 GB of internal memory, but is expandable to 16 GB with an optional micro SD card.
