Those still enjoying the Asus ZenWatch or those thinking about buying one may want to as it just got a whole lot sweeter with many new features on the way. Android Wear 5.1.1 is said to increase the overall user experience, and those sporting the ZenWatch are the next to see it.
The Asus ZenWatch Android 5.1.1 update has just been spotted rolling out, and will take some time before it makes it to all devices. As of this time, we have heard of no issues with the 5.1.1 update and have heard that all new features are working as described.
Unfortunately, the best Android 5.1.1 feature won’t make it to the ZenWatch due to incompatible hardware. The new update brings full Wi-Fi support for smartwatches that were manufactured with the hardware such as newer devices like the newly released LG Watch Urbane.

Some of the features you’ll see with the new Android Wear 5.1.1 update include:

If you haven’t seen the update as of yet as the rollout is clearly underway and will take some time before the OTA update is available for every device.
